Direct-to-Customer Return & Refund Policy
At Anywear, we want you to be completely satisfied with your clog purchase. If you need to return an item, we gladly accept returns within 30 days from the delivery date for products that are unused, unwashed, and have their original tags attached. To start a return, please email us at Service@AnywearFootwear.com and include your name, order number, and the reason for your return.
For any defects or issues with your clogs, we are always here to help. Please reach out to us with the details, and we will work with you to find a solution, whether it's a replacement or a refund. Processing Time: Please allow 7-10 business days for us to process your return once we have received the item(s). Note that depending on your bank or financial institution, the refund may take additional time to appear in your account.
